Sapore di Napoli prides itself in offering only the finest ingredients on all its pizzas, pasta dishes, salads and appetizers. Authentic Neapolitan pizza is prepared using imported Molino Caputo “00” flour and fresh yeast, following the strict 7 hour long Neapolitan recipe. We prepare our dough throughout the day ensuring the highest possible quality output. The Margherita and Napoletana pizzas are made using authentic Bufala Mozzarella, privately imported from Naples, Italy, Stanislaus tomatoes from California, fresh basil and the finest D.O.P. extra virgin olive oil. We use Academia Barilla products which include Prosciutto di Parma D.O.P., Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P., Salami di Parma and 100% Italiano D.O.P. olive oil. Other imported products include Calabria Salami, imported Bufala Ricotta cheese from Naples Italy, imported Italian Truffle Oil, imported balsamic vinegar, and authentic Gorgonzola and Fontina cheeses to name a few more. All pastas are made to order and are served with fresh homemade Marinara and Bolognese sauces. Our Penne Sorrento pasta is topped with imported smoked mozzarella from Naples, Italy, called Scamorza. Topping off all of this is a selection of 14 gelati and sorbetti flavors to choose from the gelato case. All gelati and sorbetti are made locally by the famed Neapolitan gelato producer: Angelo Gelato. You can literally watch your pizza being prepared and baked in our elegant open kitchen.
